Astraler's
Next Things
Astraler’s Next Things is an exclusive competition for our company's employees to participate, aimed at seeking what's next and getting it started. The goal of this initiative is to promote our employee’s visionary product ideas and breakthrough technology, thereby empowering the creativity and passion of our own employees and a culture of continuous innovation.
The competition is organized seasonally, each season revolving around a specific theme and idea, all aligned with our vision of Ignite Innovation, Shape the Future.
Competition Guidelines

ROUND 01
Idea battle
- Each team/individual has a maximum of 10 minutes to present an idea
- Present your idea in a detailed and clear manner.
- Answer questions from the audience and the Judges to validate your idea
- The judging panel selects finalists for DemoFest round.
ROUND 02
DemoFest
- In this stage, participants have 3 weeks to creatively brainstorm, and prototype their ideas.
- Each team/individual a maximum 30 minutes to showcase their demos.
- Judges and the audience can provide feedback and ask questions to address any uncertainties about the idea.
- Individuals or teams can seek support from members of the support team. These experts can provide assistance by answering queries but do not directly involve in creating the demo product.
- The judging panel evaluates all demos to decide the champion.

Rules
Eligibility
- The competition is open to all members of the company - team or individuals.
- Individuals or teams must provide accurate registration information. Providing false information may result in disqualification.
Compliance with Laws and Intellectual Property
- All ideas and demo products must comply with copyright regulations, intellectual property laws, and relevant legal provisions.
- Do not use content, images, sounds, or data that you do not have the right to use.
- Ideas and demo products must be original and not copied or replicated from another source.
- Violating these rules may lead to disqualification from the competition.
Respect and Ethics
- Ideas and demo products must not contain offensive, discriminatory, violent, or inappropriate content.
- All individuals or teams participating must maintain a respectful and professional attitude throughout the competition.
- Any form of idea plagiarism, cheating, or unethical behavior will result in immediate disqualification.
Judges' Decisions
- Judges have the authority to evaluate and select ideas based on criteria such as creativity, feasibility, applicability, and developmental potential.
- Judges' decisions are final and cannot be disputed.
Non-Interference in Evaluation Process
Individuals or teams must not interfere with the evaluation process or judges' decisions.
Deadlines and Schedule
- Deadlines for registration, idea submission, and demo presentations must be strictly adhered to.
- All individuals or teams submitting after the specified deadlines will not be considered.
Respect for Privacy Policy
Collection and use of personal information must adhere to privacy regulations.
Ownership Rights
The company reserves the right to commercialize all project submissions participating in the competition.
Confidentiality
- Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of participants' personal information and not disclosing or sharing it with any third party.
- Do not publicly disclose, publish, or share the competition ideas in any form without the company's consent.
- Ensure that competition-related information, including results, announcements, and related details, is kept confidential and disclosed only to those who need to know

Present Your Idea
There's no rigid presentation template for your pitch. Be creative and design it effectively to convey your project's essence and idea to the judges and audience. Ensure your presentation is clear, engaging, and persuasive.
When Choosing Your Idea,

The Problem You're Solving? (Product)
- Clearly define the problem your product solves.
- Explain how your product addresses this problem.
- Consider the profit model for your product/business.
- Evaluate whether your product serves seasonal needs or provides a long-term, reusable solution.
Who and Why They Care? (Customers)
- Identify your target customers and describe them.
- Understand the needs and preferences of your ideal customers.
- Assess how often your customers encounter the problem your product solves.
- Identify who gains the most benefit from your product.
- Analyze the size of your target market and its demand for your product.
How to Persuade Them? (Marketing)
- Share the motivation behind addressing your customer's problem.
- Present the values and vision driving your idea.
- Describe the customer journey and interaction with your product.
- Outline your marketing strategy, including social media platforms and marketing channels.
- Highlight your competitive advantage in the market.
Who Are Your Competitors? (Competitive Landscape)
- Analyze similar products available in the market.
- Identify your main competitors and understand the services they offer.
- Research their marketing strategies and advertising channels.
- Emphasize how your idea stands out or improves upon existing products.
- Evaluate whether there's an unmet need in the market that your product addresses.
- Compare pricing, market share, and content marketing strategies of your competitors.
